It should be at least 2 academic years of full-time study at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada.

A valid job offer is paid, full-time, non-seasonal and permanent, continuous and for at least one year at skill type 0, or skill level A or B of NOC List.

For Study:

• It should be at least 2 academic years of full-time study at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada.

For Work:

• It should be 1 year full-time work in Canada on a valid work permit or while authorized to work in Canada.

A blood relative can be parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and is 18 years or above.
