VAC’S in India will go ahead to schedule finite biometrics appointments as on the Date 20thNovember, 2020 in some cities such as-Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.

The Canadian government has just announced that its Visa Application Centers (VACs) in India will proceed services on 20th November, 2020. But mainly, it will formulate only to international students and family class applicants.

While international students have been let off from Canada’s travel restrictions as on October 20, Indian students who have not submitted biometrics before could not travel to Canada. The same could be for family class and skilled worker immigrants who are also exempt from the travel restrictions.

The government discussed that it will not accept walk-in clients at VACs. Rather, appointments must be booked in advance. If Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has issued a unique Biometric Instructions Letter (BIL) to you, you will receive more instructions to your email ID on file about how to schedule your biometric appointment and the government concluded by more appointments will gradually become available each week as it phases in services.
